Definitions
Contract – the document or documents that outline these conditions and provide all the necessary details about our agreement together. Placing an order doesn’t automatically create a legally binding contract. A contract only occurs once we’ve received and accepted your order.
We, Aerostix (M) Sdn Bhd, are a registered company in Malaysia.
You – the individual, company, organization, or firm purchasing goods from us.
Unless we’ve agreed to different conditions in writing, these conditions take precedence over any terms and conditions you might have proposed.
Rest assured, these conditions don’t affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
- Our charges
a. Payment terms for purchasing goods. Payment is required when you place your order.
b. Payment Methods.
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, UnionPay, e-wallets, bank transfers via iPay88, or similar secure payment processors. Your payment details are processed using 128-bit encryption and a secure server.
c. If you prefer not to enter your card details online, you can print your order and send it by post or fax using the contact details below.
Limits of Our Liability
All the delivery times displayed for delivering or collecting goods are based on estimated data from the providers.
Events Outside Our Control
2.b.1 A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission, or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes (but is not limited to) the following:
(a) Strikes, lock-outs, or other industrial action.
(b) Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not), or threat or preparation for war.
(c) Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic, or other natural disasters.
(d) Impossibility of using railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport, or other public or private transport means.
(e) Impossibility of using public or private telecommunications networks.
(f) Acts, decrees, legislation, regulations, or restrictions of any government.
2.b.2 Our performance under any Contract is suspended during the Force Majeure Event. We will make every reasonable effort to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or find a solution to honor our obligations under the Contract despite the Force Majeure Event.
Ownership of and Responsibility for the Goods You Buy
a. Once the goods are delivered to you or your premises, you become responsible for any loss or damage. We appreciate your understanding.
b. We retain ownership until full payment is received for all our supplied goods. In the event of incomplete payment, we may kindly request the return of the goods. I appreciate your cooperation.
Separate Terms
If, by chance, any term in this contract cannot be enforced, rest assured it won’t have any impact on the remaining terms.
