You have 15 calendar days to return an item for an exchange, beginning when you received it.
To be eligible for an exchange(return), your item must be unused and/or restored to the same condition as when you received it.
Your item must be in its original packaging.
Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
You have 15 calendar days to request a refund from the date you purchased it. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original payment method).
Depending on your card issuer’s policies, you will receive the credit within a few days.
Aerostix will cover shipping costs if you ever decide to return the received product(s), however, shipping costs are not convertible into cash/money or used to deduct the product price.
You will receive the products in 3 – 5 days after you have made the payment in Malaysia.
Once you’ve received the refund, the cost of return shipping will be borne by Aerostix, regardless of where you are!
- Admin fees will be deducted during the refund based on the transaction amount ( the nominal admin fee is 20 % of the final transaction amount )
- If the product is out of stock during the return, the product refund amount will be calculated based on the retail price during purchase and deducted from the final transaction amount.
