Order Processing Time and Standard Shipping
Hey there! We strive to process most orders within 3 business(working) days of receiving them. If you place your order before 6:00 pm (GMT+8:00) during weekdays, you can expect to receive it within 3-5 days. Just a heads up, orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays will be handled on the following Monday or the next working day.
During peak or festive seasons, order processing may take a bit longer, but we’ll do our best to keep you informed. If there are any delays with your order, especially with Pre-Order items or hot-selling items that may run out of stock, we’ll get in touch with you as soon as possible. If you aren’t satisfied with the estimated delivery date, we understand and can cancel your order, issuing a refund.
Rest assured, we take great care in packaging our products. However, please note that third-party handling during transit is beyond our control. Delayed or Lost Orders
Once a parcel has been within the postal system for 15 business days, it is considered lost. We understand that delays may occur due to courier services, especially during peak seasons or unexpected circumstances like natural disasters, pandemics, war, riots, state of emergency, movement control orders, or sudden termination of third-party services.
Although most orders arrive much sooner, we cannot send a replacement until this period has passed or the courier service confirms the loss of the parcel. Thank you for your understanding!
Wrong or Incomplete Address
Suppose your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address. In that case, we kindly ask you to cover the delivery costs for re-delivering your order to the correct address. Please note that we are not liable for any loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect. Thank you for understanding!
International or Overseas Shipping
We currently do not offer delivery services outside of Malaysia. However, there’s a possibility that this will change in the near future! Stay tuned to Aerostix for updates if you reside outside of Malaysia. Thank you for your understanding and support!
Shipping Costs
