Once a parcel has been within the postal system for 15 business days, it is considered lost. We understand that delays may occur due to courier services, especially during peak seasons or unexpected circumstances like natural disasters, pandemics, war, riots, state of emergency, movement control orders, or sudden termination of third-party services. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Suppose your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address. In that case, we kindly ask you to cover the delivery costs for re-delivering your order to the correct address.
