Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original payment method).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depending on your card issuer&#8217;s policies, you will receive the credit within a few days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Shipping<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aerostix will cover shipping costs if you ever decide to return the received product(s), however, shipping costs are not convertible into cash\/money or used to deduct the product price.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You will receive the products in 3 \u2013 5 days after you have made the payment in Malaysia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once you\u2019ve received the refund, the cost of return shipping will be borne by Aerostix, regardless of where you are!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Important Notes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Admin fees will be deducted during the refund based on the transaction amount ( the nominal admin fee is 20 % of the final transaction amount )<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the product is out of stock during the return, the product refund amount will be calculated based on the retail price during purchase and deducted from the final transaction amount.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Contact Us<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you have any questions on how to return your item to us, don\u2019t hesitate to contact us via WhatsApp\/e-mail ( info[at]aerostix.com )<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Thanks for shopping at Aerostix!
