A contract only occurs once we&#8217;ve received and accepted your order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We, Aerostix (M) Sdn Bhd, are a registered company in Malaysia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You &#8211; the individual, company, organization, or firm purchasing goods from us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unless we&#8217;ve agreed to different conditions in writing, these conditions take precedence over any terms and conditions you might have proposed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rest assured, these conditions don&#8217;t affect your statutory rights as a consumer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"2\">\n<li>Our charges<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">a. Payment terms for purchasing goods. Payment is required when you place your order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">b. Payment Methods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, UnionPay, e-wallets, bank transfers via iPay88, or similar secure payment processors. Your payment details are processed using 128-bit encryption and a secure server.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">c. If you prefer not to enter your card details online, you can print your order and send it by post or fax using the contact details below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Limits of Our Liability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All the delivery times displayed for delivering or collecting goods are based on estimated data from the providers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Events Outside Our Control<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.b.1 A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission, or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes (but is not limited to) the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(a) Strikes, lock-outs, or other industrial action.<br>(b) Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not), or threat or preparation for war.<br>(c) Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic, or other natural disasters.<br>(d) Impossibility of using railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport, or other public or private transport means.<br>(e) Impossibility of using public or private telecommunications networks.<br>(f) Acts, decrees, legislation, regulations, or restrictions of any government.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.b.2 Our performance under any Contract is suspended during the Force Majeure Event. We will make every reasonable effort to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or find a solution to honor our obligations under the Contract despite the Force Majeure Event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ownership of and Responsibility for the Goods You Buy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">a. Once the goods are delivered to you or your premises, you become responsible for any loss or damage. We appreciate your understanding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">b. We retain ownership until full payment is received for all our supplied goods. In the event of incomplete payment, we may kindly request the return of the goods.
