Events Outside Our Control<\/p>\n\n\n\n
2.b.1 A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission, or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes (but is not limited to) the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
(a) Strikes, lock-outs, or other industrial action.
(b) Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not), or threat or preparation for war.
(c) Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic, or other natural disasters.
(d) Impossibility of using railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport, or other public or private transport means.
(e) Impossibility of using public or private telecommunications networks.
(f) Acts, decrees, legislation, regulations, or restrictions of any government.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
2.b.2 Our performance under any Contract is suspended during the Force Majeure Event. We will make every reasonable effort to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or find a solution to honor our obligations under the Contract despite the Force Majeure Event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
a. Once the goods are delivered to you or your premises, you become responsible for any loss or damage. We appreciate your understanding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
b. We retain ownership until full payment is received for all our supplied goods. In the event of incomplete payment, we may kindly request the return of the goods. I appreciate your cooperation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If, by chance, any term in this contract cannot be enforced, rest assured it won’t have any impact on the remaining terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
